We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for a technology platform transforming healthcare commerce and financial services. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle to build intuitive web and mobile experiences.

🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including defining product strategy, maintaining roadmaps, writing PRDs, managing development, coordinating releases, and tracking product growth.
• Identify customer problems and business opportunities through user research, customer feedback, data analysis, and industry research.
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, use cases, user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and product design teams to develop wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and intuitive product experiences.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, QA, and business functions to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, analyze user adoption and engagement, and use data-driven insights to improve product performance.
• Manage QA and testing processes, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure features meet functional requirements and quality standards before release.✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with hands-on experience building and scaling web and mobile applications.
• Proven ability to own the complete product lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements gathering, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Experience writing detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), defining use cases, creating user stories, and documenting product specifications.
• Strong understanding of customer research, user behavior analysis, and translating customer insights into actionable product features.
• Demonstrated ability to identify product opportunities, generate feature ideas, and drive their execution from concept to launch.
