Role Description The Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vijayawada District. The person in this role will collect, organize, and analyze data from various internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. They will prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate data into clear findings and actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams. The Analyst will collaborate with operations, finance, and other departments to understand business needs, identify trends, and support strategic planning. Additional responsibilities may include monitoring key performance indicators, assisting with process improvements, and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures related to data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends and insights.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization or BI tools).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection, validation, and reporting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Vijayawada District and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic statistical concepts or analytic methods; experience with tools such as SQL or data visualization software is an advantage.
• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new tools, methods, and business processes.
• Prior experience in an analyst or data-focused role is preferred but not strictly required for highly motivated, capable candidates.
