Role Description The Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Villupuram. The individual in this role will collect, validate, and analyze clinical, operational, and administrative data to support decision-making and improve efficiency across the institute. Day-to-day responsibilities may include preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations; tracking key performance metrics; and identifying trends that can enhance patient care and resource utilization. The Analyst will collaborate with medical, administrative, and management teams to translate data findings into practical recommendations and process improvements. The role may also involve supporting audits, ensuring data quality and compliance with institutional standards, and assisting in research or quality improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and problem-solving.
  • Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and basic data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar platforms).
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly in written reports and verbal presentations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or hospital operations, clinical data, or quality improvement processes is an advantage.
