The Role

As PM-I, you will own one or more product areas end to end, from understanding the customer's problem to shipping the solution and measuring whether it worked.

You'll work closely with engineering, data science/optimization, design, sales and customer success, and with enterprise customers directly.

This is not a "write tickets and wait" role. You'll be expected to take a working product and help turn it into a product that many customers rely on: the 1 to 100 journey.

What You'll Do

  • Understand the problem deeply. Spend time with logistics planners, dispatchers and supply chain leaders to learn how they actually work, where they struggle and what they'd pay to fix.
  • Define what to build and why. Turn customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories and success metrics. Be able to explain why a feature matters, in numbers.
  • Own the roadmap for your area. Prioritise ruthlessly between customer requests, product bets and technical work, and defend those choices with data.
  • Work hand in hand with engineering and optimization teams. Translate business problems into terms that algorithm and engineering teams can build on, and translate technical trade-offs back for business teams.
  • Ship and scale. Take features from idea to launch, then drive adoption across customers in different geographies and industries.
  • Measure what matters. Track usage, customer outcomes (cost per delivery, vehicle utilisation, on-time performance) and product health. Use these to decide what to improve next.
  • Support the go-to-market. Partner with sales and pre-sales on demos, RFPs and customer conversations; help marketing tell the product story clearly.
  • Bring market awareness. Keep a close eye on competitors, industry trends and new technology (especially AI) that could change how logistics planning is done.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

  • Engineering degree (CSE, ECE, Electronics, Mechanical or related) from a premier institute such as the IITs, NITs or equivalent.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience at a product company with a strong product and engineering culture.
  • Proven 1- to - 100 experience: you've taken a product or feature that existed and helped grow it, in users, customers, revenue or scale. Be ready to talk about what you did and what changed because of it.
  • Comfort with numbers and logic. You can build a simple model in a spreadsheet, read a dashboard and reason through trade-offs.
  • Clear communication. You can write a crisp spec and explain a complex idea to a CXO and an engineer on the same day.
  • A go-getter attitude. You don't wait to be told. You see a gap, you own it and you close it.

Good to have

  • MBA from a reputed institute (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Supply chain, logistics, transportation or mobility domain experience (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS / enterprise products and selling to large customers.
  • Familiarity with optimization, AI/ML or data-heavy products.

Why Join Mojro

  • A stable workplace with committed founders, trusted investors, and happy customers.
  • A clear mission with a positive impact on the supply chain domain.
  • An inclusive, collaborative, and supportive environment with equal opportunities and recognition.
  • Competitive salary packages and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Open and transparent communication from leadership about company goals, challenges, and updates.
  • A family of Mojroians with whom we celebrate events throughout the year.
