About QuickDropQuickDrop, operated by U&M Multi Ventures Private Limited, is an e-commerce and Quick Commerce business building a technology-driven platform for convenient, reliable delivery across Kashmir. We’re developing our own mobile applications, web platform, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.

We’re looking for a passionate Flutter Developer to build and improve our mobile applications and help shape the future of local commerce in Kashmir.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate REST APIs, authentication, and state management.
• Optimize app performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Manage app testing, releases, and deployments to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Collaborate with backend and product teams to deliver reliable features.Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous operations.
• Familiarity with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Understanding of mobile app architecture, navigation, and responsive UI design.
• Knowledge of Git, debugging, and application performance optimization.
• Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.Good to Have
• Backend development experience with Go or Node.js.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Valkey/Redis, and database design.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Linux, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting production applications.Job Details
• Work Location: Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir
• Work Mode: Office-based only — no work from home
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
