Game Growth & Data Insights Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and business-minded Game Growth & Data Insights Manager to own data intelligence across our portfolio of 70+ mobile apps and games.

This role goes beyond dashboards and reporting. You will analyze performance, identify why things are happening, uncover growth opportunities, and turn data into actionable recommendations across Product, Game Design, ASO, Monetization, Marketing, and Management.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio performance across downloads, engagement, retention, revenue, and monetization.
• Conduct post-update and release analysis to measure product and business impact.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, game progression, retention, and churn.
• Monitor ratings, reviews, and user feedback to identify product opportunities.
• Analyze ASO experiments, A/B tests, LiveOps, events, and cross-promotion.
• Build dashboards and regular reports highlighting key risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations to improve downloads, engagement, retention, and revenue.

Educational Qualification

Experience Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in mobile app, mobile game, product, growth, or business analytics.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong understanding of retention, cohorts, funnels, segmentation, and user behavior.
• Experience with A/B testing and experiment analysis.
• Understanding of mobile app/game monetization and revenue drivers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business-thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex insights in a simple and actionable way.

Additional Requirements

Preferred Tools

Firebase/GA4, BigQuery, Amplitude/Mixpanel, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Looker Studio/Power BI/Tableau, Python, AdMob/AppLovin/Unity or similar platforms.
