Delivery Lead – Data & Agentic Solutions

Role Overview

We are looking for a Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of one or more data-driven and agentic productswithin Biomedical Research Digital & Data.

The role will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, Quality Engineers and Platform teams to ensure products are delivered reliably, on time and in line with scientific objectives and user needs.

The ideal candidate brings strong product delivery and stakeholder management skills, with an understanding of data, AI/GenAI and modern Agile product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of one or more data, AI/GenAI or agentic products.
• Lead planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation and delivery coordination across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate product priorities and roadmaps into actionable delivery plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Business Analysis, QA and Platform teams to ensure successful releases.
• Develop a strong understanding of product requirements, user needs and scientific objectives to support delivery decisions.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Facilitate effective communication across technical, product and business stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery follows appropriate quality, Agile and product development practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering end-user, data-driven applications or digital products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile product delivery environment.
• Strong skills in delivery management, stakeholder management, communication and execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering GenAI, AI, data or agentic products.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or Life Sciences.
• Exposure to clinical trials, Real-World Data (RWD), biomedical research or related data domains.
• Understanding of modern data, AI and product development practices.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale digital or data platforms is a plus.
