We expect to grow sizably in the coming 3-5 years, adding various dimensions to our business and multiplying and increasing the current team size multi-fold.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Transformation & Discovery: Lead discovery workshops with C-suite and business stakeholders at insurance firms to map legacy process pain points and design "To-Be" digital operating models.
  • Functional Design: Translate complex insurance requirements (covering Life, P&C, Specialty, or Health lines) into clear functional specifications, product backlogs, and user stories.
  • Practice & Pre-Sales Support: Assist the Practice Director in drafting high-quality, domain-rich client proposals, pitch decks, and point-of-view (PoV) papers.
  • Architect Collaboration: Act as the domain guide for shared Technical and Data Architects, ensuring system designs strictly align with insurance business metrics and regulatory guidelines (e.g., IRDAI, FCA, IFRS 17).

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 8 to 12 years in Management/Tech Consulting (Big 4 preferred) or progressive business analyst roles within a major Insurance carrier with prior Big 4 experience.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of core insurance workflows (Policy Admin Systems, Claims automation, billing, or broker portals). Familiarity with SaaS platforms like Guidewire or Duck Creek is a strong plus.
  • AI/GenAI: Implemented or working on AI/GenAI use cases across Insurance value chain
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
