Role Overview

We are looking for a Finacle Developer / Core Banking Engineer to design, customize, and optimize Finacle workflows, reports, and modules. You will collaborate with business teams to deliver regulatory-compliant, high-performance solutions for BFSI clients.

Key Responsibilities

Finacle Customization: Develop workflows, reports, and modules.
Finacle Scripting: Work with FSI, MTT, SRV scripts.
Oracle PL/SQL Development: Write and optimize queries, procedures, and triggers.
API & Middleware Integration: Connect Finacle with third-party systems.
Compliance Implementation: Apply RBI/IBA guidelines in customizations.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit, regression, and UAT testing.
Performance Optimization: Tune scripts and queries for efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain version control and detailed records.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Finacle scripting (FSI, MTT, SRV).
Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
Knowledge of APIs and middleware integration.
Familiarity with RBI/IBA compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience Criteria

3–6 years of experience in Finacle customization
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in BFSI domain projects.
