Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack

(Backend: Python/Golang, Frontend: React/Angular)

Location: Ahmedabad - Work From Office

Experience: 4 + years

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer who can contribute across frontend and backend technologies while effectively leveraging modern AI-powered engineering tools and workflows to improve productivity, software quality, and delivery efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on full-stack development experience, problem-solving capabilities, and an engineering mindset focused on scalability, maintainability, automation, and continuous improvement.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions
  • Work across frontend (React/Angular) and backend technologies (Python/Golang) to build modern applications and services
  • Develop reusable components, APIs, utilities, and engineering accelerators
  • Participate in technical solutioning, architecture discussions, and system improvements
  • Write clean, optimized, secure, and production-ready code
  • Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams
  • Contribute to CI/CD, automation, observability, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Leverage AI-powered engineering tools to improve development productivity and quality
  • Create reusable workflows, prompts, rules, skills, automations, and developer enablement assets
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience in modern frontend technologies and frameworks like React, Angular
  • Strong backend development experience using Python or equivalent backend technologies
  • Good understanding of API development, distributed systems, and scalable application design
  • Strong knowledge of databases, data modeling, and query optimization

Solid understanding of:

  • Data Structures & Algorithms
  • Object-Oriented Design Patterns
  • System Design Principles
  • Software Engineering Best Practices
  • Experience with version control systems, testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies

AI-Assisted Engineering Skills (Mandatory)

Candidate should have practical exposure to modern AI-assisted software development practices and tools.

Expected capabilities include:

  • Working with AI coding assistants and AI-powered development environments
  • Using AI tools for:
  • Code generation
  • Refactoring
  • Debugging Documentation
  • Test generation
  • Productivity improvement
  • Creating reusable workflows, prompts, engineering rules, or development automations
  • Understanding how to effectively validate and improve AI-generated outputs
  • Ability to balance engineering quality with AI-driven acceleration

Nice to Have

  • Cloud platform exposure
  • Containerization and Basic DevOps knowledge
  • Experience with scalable enterprise systems
  • Exposure to AI/LLM-based applications, agentic workflows, or automation ecosystems
  • Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices
