Role Description

As a Full Stack Engineer at Riansa Ventures Pvt. Ltd., you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that support our FinTech and digital transformation projects. You will implement responsive user interfaces, build and optimize back-end services and APIs, integrate third-party systems, and ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, participating in code reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting production issues. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong front-end development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Candidates should possess back-end web development skills, with proficiency in server-side languages, APIs, and database design.
• Candidates should possess software development and full-stack development skills, with the ability to work across the entire application stack.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of version control systems, automated testing, and basic DevOps practices for deployment and monitoring.
• Relevant experience in building scalable, secure web applications, preferably in FinTech or digital products, is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are essential.
