Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Junior Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the MERN stack (React.js, Node.js, Express.js) along with SQL database development and integration.

This role will work closely with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to develop and support scalable enterprise applications. The position also requires experience using AI-powered development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms to enhance development productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Develop and manage applications using MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations.
• Convert business requirements and user stories into functional application features.
• Integrate applications with internal and third-party systems through APIs.AI-Assisted Development
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code before implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve development efficiency through AI-assisted practices.
• Follow company security and data protection standards while using AI tools.Quality & Engineering Standards
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and implement best practices.
• Follow secure coding standards and application architecture guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with development and technology standards.Testing & Support
• Perform unit and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Support QA, UAT, deployment validation, and production support activities.DevOps & Deployment
• Follow Agile, SDLC, and CI/CD practices.
• Use Git for version control and source code management.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for application deployment and monitoring.Collaboration
• Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and technical discussions.
• Maintain technical documentation, APIs, and implementation notes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience with:
• React.js
• Node.js
• Express.js
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• HTML5 & CSS3
• Experience with SQL databases:
• Microsoft SQL Server
• PostgreSQL
• MySQL
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Practical knowledge of AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Understanding of JSON, asynchronous programming, and client-server architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control practices.
• Basic knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with software testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of Agile methodology, SDLC, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks and component libraries.
• Exposure to logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain applications.
• Portfolio, GitHub repositories, or project demonstrations preferred.
