D2C Brand & Ecommerce Growth Manager

KAIEDEN is a new premium fashion brand from India, focused on fine leather handbags and fashion accessories, with an ambition to build a strong Indian and international D2C brand.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial D2C Brand & E-commerce Growth Manager to join us in Noida and help build KAIEDEN's digital business from the ground up.

What you will own:• D2C strategy and revenue growth

Shopify & e-commerce operations
Customer acquisition and performance marketing
Meta & Google Ads strategy
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Website analytics & customer journey
CRM, email & WhatsApp marketing
Customer retention & repeat purchases
Marketplace strategy — Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Tata CLiQ, etc.
Influencer & creator marketing
E-commerce P&L and unit economics
Data-driven decision making and weekly growth reporting

Who we're looking for:• 4–7 years of relevant D2C / e-commerce experience

Experience with Shopify and consumer brands
Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion rate, retention and contribution margin
Experience with Meta & Google performance marketing
Experience with marketplaces is a strong advantage
Fashion, handbags, accessories, jewellery, beauty, lifestyle or other premium consumer-brand experience preferred
Strong analytical and commercial mindset
Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work in a fast-moving start-up environment
Someone who wants to build a brand, not just manage an existing e-commerce website

You will work directly with the founder and have the opportunity to build KAIEDEN's D2C growth engine from the beginning — from launch strategy and customer acquisition to scaling the brand in India and internationally.
