Voy is one of the largest DTC online healthcare providers in the world. Present in the UK, Germany, Brazil and India. Voy entered India through the 100% acquisition of EarlyFit, which was started in 2025 by two passionate co-founders who spent 6 years in New York and witnessed first-hand the power of GLP-1s and how it grew from a niche solution to over 10cr real users worldwide. Earlyfit started as India’s first full-stack tech-led GLP-1 led weight loss platform. At the intersection of healthcare, science, and consumer technology, we combined GLP-1, medical expertise, endocrinologist-led care, diagnostics, nutrition coaching, and ongoing behavioural support into one seamless experience.

About the space

GLP-1s represent a quantum leap in healthcare (think penicillin!) and possibly the biggest healthcare opportunity of our lifetimes. The GLP market went from 0 to $60B in just 8 years and estimated to grow to $200B in the next 10. Several multi-billion dollar companies like Voy, Found, Ro and Hims and Hers have ridden this wave that’s only just arrived in India with the 2025 launch of Mounjaro and Ozempic. We’re 8 years behind the US and Europe (which is super frustrating but also...) means there is a unique opportunity to category- create in a white space (think Paytm for mobile wallets) and in the process, give 10+ years of healthy life to each patient we onboard. Sure, we have some catching up to do but the Indian GLP space has something the West doesn’t - Generics. The patent for semaglutide (Ozempic) in India expired in March 2026 brining monthly medication prices from Rs 20k a month to Rs3k a month. With 250 million obese Indians who can now suddenly afford life-changing medical help that’s never existed in the country before, you do the math.

Strategy & Operations - Role Overview

The S&O (Strategy & operations) role offers an opportunity to join the founding team of Voy India (formerly Earlyfit) in building 1-10. We’re scaling aggressively with the full backing of a tech, clinical and patient ops powerhouse that has 7+ years’ experience serving 2mn+ customers globally across not just weight loss but also hair loss, TRT, HRT, dermatology and more.

This role is a generalist that will be thrown at many business problems over their time here – some big, some small, some that will take a few weeks and IC laser focus and some that will take months and a team of 50. The role needs a high-ownership executor with a strategic mind and a builder mindset. Somebody not afraid to take risks, test and fail fast and then pivot quickly. We throw you at any business problem whether that’s in Acquisitions/Growth, Partnerships or Patient Experience/Retention - you take the problem head on, lead discovery, run 2-3 quick pilots, tell us what you want to bet on and then take all the resources you need to execute and scale. Hire, train, standardize/set SOPs, use product teams, and work cross functionally. And finally, work yourself out of the project so it continues to thrive and grow while you move to your next business problem.

• Experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar roles.o 1-3 years for Associate, 4-7 years for Manager, 8-15 years for Director
• Proven ability to execute and lead cross-functional initiatives and teams a burning desire to come to Delhi and build from scratch and get your hands dirty and point to
• something super impactful and say ‘Hey, I made that happen’
