Salesforce Developer

Role Descr</strong>iption This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Developer role based in Jaipur. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Salesforce.com configuration, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into scalable technical designs, and maintaining existing Salesforce applications. Responsibilities include configuring and administering Salesforce environments, integrating Salesforce with other systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to ongoing optimization of Salesforce processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Development, including Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration and configuration, including user management, security settings, and workflow automation.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, data model, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with Apex programming, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs for custom logic and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, produce clear technical designs, and deliver maintainable, high-quality code.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator) are highly beneficial.
