Looking for a Technical Co-Founder | Electronics & Communication | StartupI'm looking for a Technical Co-Founder with a strong background in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) who is passionate about technology, product development, research, and entrepreneurship.

We are an early-stage startup currently exploring potential product opportunities and working towards identifying a viable Product-Market Fit (PMF). I'm looking for someone who can work alongside me in:

• Technology & Product Research: Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and opportunities within the Electronics and Communication sector.
• Product Ideation: Brainstorm, evaluate, and validate potential product ideas based on technological feasibility and market needs.
• Product Development: Contribute technical expertise in electronics, hardware design, and product architecture to turn ideas into real-world products.
• Industry Analysis: Understand the ECE industry, identify technological gaps, and explore opportunities for innovation.
• Building from the Ground Up: Take an active role in shaping the company's technical vision, product strategy, and long-term direction.Who I'm Looking ForSomeone who is:

• Driven to build innovative, high-quality technology products rather than simply work on routine projects.What We OfferThis is a founding-team opportunity, not a conventional salaried position. As a Technical Co-Founder, you will receive equity in the company through ESOPs or an agreed-upon equity arrangement, with the terms to be discussed.

At this early stage, we are bootstrapping our efforts, and a fixed salary will not be available until funding is secured for product prototyping.

This opportunity is best suited for someone who is willing to take on the challenges and uncertainties of an early-stage startup, believes in building something from scratch, and is motivated by long-term ownership and the opportunity to create meaningful technology.
