Data Scientist

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Data Scientist to transform complex data into actionable insights and intelligent solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world business challenges using statistics, machine learning, experimentation, and data-driven thinking.

You will work closely with product, engineering, business, and leadership teams to develop predictive models, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
• Develop predictive models, machine learning solutions, and analytical frameworks
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis
• Design and execute experiments, A/B tests, and statistical analyses
• Collaborate with business and product teams to understand objectives and translate them into analytical solutions
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments
• Work closely with data engineering teams to improve data quality and accessibility
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Stay updated on emerging AI, analytics, and data science methodologiesRequired Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data analysis libraries
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost
• Strong understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques
• Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to translate data insights into business recommendationsGood to Have
• Experience working in SaaS, fintech, AI, healthcare, or product-driven companies
• Exposure to NLP, recommendation systems, computer vision, or generative AI
• Familiarity with MLOps workflows and model deployment practices
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop
• Understanding of experimentation frameworks and customer analytics
