About the Role

• We are looking for an exceptional, high-agency individual to join our Founder’s Office. In this role, you will work directly with the founders as an extension of leadership, owning our most critical, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• This is a high-leverage, fast-track role designed for someone who wants to learn what it takes to build, scale, and operate an early-stage high-growth technology company from the ground up. You will touch everything—from B2B SaaS growth and operational scaling to product strategy and international corridor expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Projects & New Initiatives: Own and drive high-priority special projects from ideation to execution, such as launching new destination corridors, scaling compliance/partner operations, or rolling out new product features.
• B2B SaaS Growth & Partnerships: Work alongside the leadership team to acquire, onboard, and support travel agencies, immigration firms, and enterprise clients using Vistolane’s case-management software.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure rapid alignment and execution on company-wide goals.
• Data & Decision Support: Build metric dashboards, analyze user behavior, track unit economics, and conduct market research to drive data-informed decisions and prepare investor/board updates.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our visa processing pipelines, eligibility flows, and internal workflows, and design scalable systems and automations to remove them.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: 1–3 years of high-intensity experience in high-growth startups (Founder’s Office / Chief of Staff roles), top-tier management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or fast-paced product/operations environments.
• First-Principles Thinking: Exceptional problem-solving abilities. You can break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured, actionable frameworks.
• Bias for Action: Extreme ownership and a relentless drive to get things done. You don't wait for instructions; you find a way or make one.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to partners, team members, and stakeholders.
• Tech & Data Fluency: Comfortable working with data (Excel/SQL, product analytics) and a quick learner of modern SaaS tools and AI-driven workflows.
• Passion for the Space: A keen interest in travel-tech, global mobility, immigration, and B2B SaaS.
