We are looking for an experienced HR professional to drive HR process transformation, digitalization and technology-led employee experiences.
📍 Location: Delhi NCR
💼 Experience: 4–9 Years
🎓 Qualification: Full-time MBA
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and improve HR processes and employee/user journeys.
- Drive process re-engineering, digitization and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, IT, Engineering teams and vendors.
- Manage transformation projects end-to-end, including design, testing, UAT, deployment and implementation.
- Define business requirements, process flows, product specifications and success metrics.
- Drive change management, user adoption and process compliance.
- Track adoption, productivity improvements and user feedback to continuously enhance HR processes.
- Develop training and enablement programs for successful implementation.
