Product Designer — UI/UX & AI Prototyping

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who combines strong product thinking, good UI/UX judgment and the ability to build working prototypes using Cursor.

At Cloutflow, we move quickly from business problems to functional product experiences. You’ll work closely with the founder and engineering team to turn ideas into clear requirements, intuitive workflows and accurate, interactive prototypes.

You should be comfortable taking a rough idea, asking the right questions, making thoughtful product decisions and building something people can use, test and improve.

What you’ll do

• Define the product: Understand user needs and business goals, identify the core problem, and translate it into clear requirements and feature priorities.
• Own the workflows: Map user journeys, business rules, permissions, validations and edge cases so the experience works end to end.
• Make strong UI/UX decisions: Create intuitive navigation, clear information hierarchy and consistent interfaces that make complex tasks easy to complete.
• Build in Cursor: Develop functional prototypes that accurately demonstrate the intended interactions, workflows and product logic.
• Validate and iterate: Test with users and internal teams, gather feedback, identify gaps and improve the product quickly.
• Maintain quality: Check prototype behaviour across key scenarios, including empty, loading, error and success states.
• Collaborate with engineering: Discuss feasibility, clarify expected behaviour and provide prototypes and requirements that support implementation.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in product management, with examples of taking features or products from an ambiguous problem to a usable solution.
• Hands-on experience using Cursor to build and iterate working prototypes.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a good eye for interface quality.
• Ability to make practical decisions about scope, priorities and trade-offs.
• Enough technical understanding to assess prototype behaviour, troubleshoot issues and work effectively with engineers.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.

Good to have

• Experience with SaaS products, dashboards, internal tools or complex business workflows.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Next.js.
• Understanding of APIs, databases and frontend development.
• Previous experience working closely with founders or in an early-stage product team.
