ERP Functional Analyst

Netilligence Business System LLC is an Odoo ERP partner helping businesses in the UAE, GCC and India streamline finance, inventory, sales, HR and operations. We are hiring an ERP Functional Analyst for our team in Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala.

Responsibilities

Gather and document client business requirements.

Analyse business processes and map them to ERP functionality.

Configure and implement ERP modules for clients.

Coordinate with clients and the technical team throughout implementation.

Prepare functional documentation, test cases and user training.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an ERP functional analyst or consultant.

Strong understanding of business processes (finance, inventory, sales, procurement).

Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.

Hands-on ERP configuration and implementation experience; Odoo experience is a strong plus.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
