Creatio Developer

About the RoleWe are looking for a Creatio Developer with 3–5 years of experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting solutions on the Creatio platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing business processes, developing custom applications, integrating external systems, and working with Creatio's front-end and back-end capabilities.

The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements, develop scalable solutions, and support end-to-end Creatio implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications and business solutions using the Creatio platform.
• Develop and configure end-to-end business processes and workflows in Creatio.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions within Creatio.
• Develop custom functionality, modules, dashboards, and UI components based on project requirements.
• Work on Creatio integrations and connectors with external applications and services.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integration components where required.
• Customize Creatio's front-end and back-end components to meet business requirements.
• Work with technologies such as .NET/C#, JavaScript, Angular, React, SQL/PostgreSQL as applicable to the solution.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and integration issues.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and implemented solutions.
• Follow development best practices and ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.Required Skills
• 3–5 years of overall software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Creatio.
• Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience working with the Creatio platform.
• Strong understanding of Creatio development and customization.
• Experience in creating and configuring Creatio business processes/workflows.
• Experience developing custom applications and functionality in Creatio.
• Knowledge of Creatio integrations, APIs, connectors, and marketplace solutions.
• Good understanding of JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of .NET/C#.
• Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL or relational databases.
• Knowledge of modern front-end technologies such as Angular or React is an advantage.
• Ability to analyse requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.Good to Have
• Creatio Certified Developer certification.
• Experience with Creatio Marketplace plugins and connectors.
• Experience in developing custom dashboards and UI components.
• Exposure to third-party integrations such as communication platforms, e-signature solutions, or other enterprise applications.
• Experience working on end-to-end Creatio implementation projects.
• Knowledge of Creatio architecture and development best practices.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be someone who has moved beyond basic Creatio configuration and has hands-on development experience. The role would suit a developer who has worked on multiple Creatio projects and is comfortable with business process development, custom applications, integrations, plugins/connectors, and troubleshooting.
