Note: Role is open across any Genpact location(Bangalore, Hyderabad, NCR, Lucknow) hybrid mode.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle ADF (11g/12c), including ADF Business Components, ADF Faces, Task Flows, and Managed Beans.
  • Lead end-to-end development, enhancement, and support of large-scale Oracle ADF applications in enterprise environments.
  • Develop and manage integrations between custom applications and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), ensuring seamless data synchronization and business process automation.
  • Design, develop, and consume SOAP and REST Web Services for application and middleware integrations.
  • Drive application modernization initiatives, including migration of legacy Oracle ADF applications to Oracle APEX.
  • Deploy, configure, and support applications on Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle middleware platforms.
  • Develop and optimize database components using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines leveraging Jenkins, Maven, Git/GitHub, and version control best practices.
  • Work with Oracle WebCenter Content/RIDC for enterprise content management and document integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide production support, application troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution for mission-critical systems.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and best practice implementation across the application lifecycle.
