🚀 We’re Hiring | R&D Engineer – AI & Odoo Development

Experience- 1-5 Years

We are looking for a hands-on Python & Odoo Developer with experience in AI-assisted development and agentic workflows to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and enhance full-stack product features across Odoo, working on Python backend and frontend components.
  • Leverage Claude Code and other AI agents to develop, debug, and optimise workflows.
  • Develop and optimise PostgreSQL queries for financial reporting, including aggregations, period-based logic, multi-entity and multi-currency data.
  • Maintain Odoo integrations and XML-RPC sync jobs for invoices, accounts and master data.
  • Manage project deliverables and technical documentation while following established PMS and development processes.
  • Work with Git, pull requests, Docker and CI/CD pipelines for code management and deployment.
  • Investigate data accuracy issues and ensure reports are reconciled with source data.
  • Take independent ownership of product development in close coordination with the Product Owner.Must-Have Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code and other AI coding agents / agentic workflows.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Practical experience with Odoo development (backend and frontend).
  • Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, database queries and maintenance.
  • Understanding of finance, financial reporting and multi-currency data.
  • Experience with Git, Docker and CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong ownership, problem-solving and project execution skills.What We’re Looking For:

Someone who can independently drive development tasks, take ownership of product features, maintain process discipline and collaborate effectively with the Product Owner.
