The Role
You will work directly with the founders to take new business lines from idea to revenue. You will own a vertical end to end: market validation, business model, team, launch and scale. Strong performers can step into a business head or leadership role.
What You Will Do
Identify, validate and build new business opportunities in the global mobility space
Build business cases, unit economics and go-to-market plans
Set up and lead lean cross-functional teams across sales, ops, product and marketing
Develop partnerships with international employers, institutions and channel partners
Drive launches, track KPIs and present progress to the founders
What We Are Looking For
4 to 8 years of experience, including founding a startup or building a 0 to 1 business line
Strong commercial judgment and comfort with P&L ownership
High ownership, speed and comfort with ambiguity
Experience in edtech, staffing, immigration, healthcare or cross-border businesses is a plus
MBA preferred, not mandatory
