About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies and Angular. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in full-stack application development, microservices architecture, REST API development, and modern frontend frameworks. This role involves leading technical initiatives, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, and delivering high-quality solutions that support critical business operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise software applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and technical teams to define requirements and solution architectures.
  • Develop scalable backend services using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and RESTful APIs.
  • Build and enhance modern Angular-based web applications and responsive user interfaces.
  • Design and implement microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
  • Translate business requirements into maintainable, scalable, and secure software solutions.
  • Define application architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
  • Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture walkthroughs.
  • Develop automated unit tests and support quality engineering initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, performance, and production-related issues.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, release management, and Agile delivery activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on engineering excellence and delivery efficiency.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed teams and customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to strengthen technical capabilities across the team.
  • Monitor project milestones, technical risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in software development and enterprise application delivery.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
  • Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
  • Extensive experience with Angular 8+ including components, routing, services, dependency injection, and state management.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks and UI libraries such as Bootstrap and Angular Material.
  • Expertise in API integration and end-to-end full-stack application development.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server, relational databases, schema design, and query optimization.
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices, coding standards, and automated testing strategies.
  • Experience conducting code reviews and providing technical mentoring.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and modern software delivery methodologies.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization capabilities.
  • Experience working with source control systems such as Git and Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to independently drive technical decisions and lead development activities.
