About the Team:

Regulatory & Compliance Technology function is part of Corporate Services Technology group and focused on delivering strategic platforms and solutions across Regulatory Reporting and Compliance domain, including U.S. Regulatory Reporting, KYC, AML, Sanctions, Transactions Screening etc.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade integrations across Global KYC, Client Lifecycle Management, Screening, Master Data Management (MDM), Document Management Systems (DMS), SSO platforms, and downstream Regulatory & Compliance applications.

The role will focus on API-led integration, event-driven architecture, secure file exchange, cloud-native messaging patterns, and real-time data movement leveraging Azure Integration Services. The engineer will be responsible for building resilient, scalable, and secure integrations that enable seamless data exchange across internal applications, vendors, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

API & Integration Engineering

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).
Define and implement API Management policies including:
Authentication & Authorization
Rate Limiting
Caching
Request/Response Transformations
Versioning
Routing
Throttling
Create and maintain OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
Develop reusable integration frameworks and regional adapter services.

Event-Driven Architecture

Build scalable event-driven integrations using:
Azure Event Hubs
Kafka
Azure Service Bus Queues
Service Bus Topics & Subscriptions
Design publish-subscribe, fan-out, request-reply, and asynchronous processing patterns.
Implement event replay, dead-letter queue (DLQ), retry, and recovery mechanisms.

Application Integrations

Build and maintain integrations across:
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Reference Data & Rules Management (RM)
Document Management Systems (DMS)
Master Data Management (MDM)
AML / Sanctions Screening Platforms
KYC & Client Lifecycle Management Platforms
Regulatory Reporting Systems
Vendor and Third-Party Platforms
Downstream Consumer Applications

Security Engineering

Implement OAuth2 authentication flows.
Secure APIs using JWT tokens.
Design integrations using Azure Managed Identity.
Integrate with Entra ID (Azure AD) and enterprise IAM platforms.
Implement encryption, secrets management, and secure connectivity patterns.

File & Vendor Integrations

Develop secure file-based integrations using:
SFTP
Managed File Transfer (MFT)
Handle ingestion and distribution of:
JSON
XML
Avro
CSV
Build automated validation and reconciliation processes.

Reliability & Operational Excellence

Implement idempotent integration patterns.
Design robust retry and recovery frameworks.
Support message replay capabilities.
Build monitoring and alerting solutions.
Troubleshoot production incidents and integration failures.
Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.

Quality Engineering:

Implement:
Contract Testing
Integration Testing
API Mocking
Consumer-Driven Contracts
Automated Regression Testing
Ensure backward compatibility of APIs and messaging contracts.

Observability & Monitoring

Configure and manage:
Application Insights
Azure Monitor
Log Analytics
Distributed Tracing
Develop dashboards and alerts for integration health and SLA monitoring
