About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack AI Engineer Lead with hands-on experience in designing and building Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing autonomous AI agents, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), building scalable backend services, and creating production-ready AI applications. You will lead the design and implementation of intelligent AI workflows while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilites

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications using modern AI frameworks.
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, memory management, and tool usage.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js.
• Integrate and optimize LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or Qwen.
• Build and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases.
• Design multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Integrate external APIs, databases, and enterprise tools into AI agents.
• Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js or Next.js.
• Deploy AI applications on cloud platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor model performance, optimize inference, and ensure AI governance and security.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of software development experience with strong expertise in AI application development.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI and autonomous AI agents.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar agent frameworks.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, memory, and agent orchestration.
• Experience building RAG pipelines using LlamaIndex or LangChain.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Milvus, or ChromaDB.
• Strong knowledge of React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-agent architectures and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of AI observability, model monitoring, and MLOps.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and microservices.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI tool integration, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience deploying production-scale AI systems.
