Lead Software Engineer

Experience : 6+ Years

Job Description

• 6+ years of primary, hands-on experience in Java development.
• Demonstrable, hands-on knowledge and proficiency with Core Java (JSE), including

multithreading, collections, and JVM fundamentals (a must-have requirement for

this role).

• 3+ years of dedicated experience working with Spring Boot, API development, and

system integration.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and other web

service technologies.

• Experience with API documentation tools (such as Swagger/OpenAPI) and a

commitment to documentation best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly

explain complex technical concepts to both technical audiences and non-technical

clients.

• Proven ability to work independently, manage workload, and thrive in a fast-paced

setting
