Role Overview:

Real Estate & Facilities with strong hands-on experience in IBM TRIRIGA development, configuration, integration, and production support. The candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing enterprise applications supporting real estate, workplace, space planning, facilities, lease and transaction processes. The role requires strong technical knowledge of the IBM TRIRIGA platform, the ability to work with functional and technical stakeholders, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver enhancements in a globally distributed.

Required Skills

• 6–9 years of enterprise application development experience. Strong hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA.

• Experience with TRIRIGA integrations and APIs. Basic SQL skills.

• Experience in data migration and data validation.

• Experience troubleshooting production applications.

• Understanding of application security and TRIRIGA Security Groups/User Access Management.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure and enhance IBM TRIRIGA applications based on business requirements.

• Work on TRIRIGA modules including : Space Management, Move Management, Workplace Reservation / Desk Booking, Real Estate Portfolio Management, Real Estate Transactions, Lease Administration, Lease Accounting, Facilities Management, Operations & Maintenance, Service Management, Capital Projects, Environmental & Energy Management – preferred

• Develop and maintain: Forms, Workflows, Data Models, Navigation Collections, Portals, Smart Sections, Queries and Reports, Develop and support TRIRIGA integrations using Integration Objects, APIs, DataConnect. Work with external systems and enterprise integrations involving HR, Finance, workplace, facilities and real estate data. Perform data migration, data validation and reconciliation activities. Develop SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation and analysis. Analyze and resolve production defects within defined SLA requirements. Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues. Troubleshoot batch jobs, system logs, workflows, integrations and application performance issues. Support deployment, testing, defect resolution and release activities across environments. Work closely with architects, functional SMEs, QA teams and offshore/onshore stakeholders.

• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities. Follow enterprise security, development and deployment standards.
