Product Management Specialist

Product Management Specialists help turn business needs and user insights into digital products that deliver measurable value. As a Product Management Specialist II, you will support product discovery, prioritization, requirements definition, delivery coordination, and performance analysis across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate feedback, data, and business priorities into clear product enhancements.

Work you'll do

As a Product Management Specialist II on the Product Management team, you will be responsible for:

• Translate business needs, user research, and operational data into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs with product owners and delivery teams
• Support roadmap planning by documenting objectives, dependencies, release plans, risks, and success measures
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, user acceptance testing, and release-readiness activities
• Analyze product usage, user feedback, defects, and delivery metrics; communicate findings and recommended next steps to product and business leaders

The team

The Product Management team helps shape digital products and platforms that support Deloitte professionals, clients, and business priorities. We collaborate across product, engineering, design, and business functions to translate user needs into roadmaps and delivery plans. Team members use data, feedback, and market insights to improve product experiences and outcomes.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience creating product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for digital products or platforms
• Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps to create, manage, and prioritize product backlogs
• Experience participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Experience coordinating product-delivery activities with engineering, design, quality assurance, and business teams
• Experience analyzing product metrics, user feedback, or operational data to inform backlog prioritization
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing and documenting defects, test results, or release criteria

Preferred:

• Experience supporting enterprise software or digital products in a professional-services or business-to-business environment
• Experience using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to analyze product data
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification
• Experience supporting a product release from requirements definition through post-release analysis
• Experience working with distributed delivery teams across multiple time zones
