Role description

NET full stack Lead JD

Required experience and skillset

11 years of experience in developing NET corebased web applications

Strong firsthand experience with multilayered web applications REST API microservices development

Strong experience with WCF and application development and maintenance

Hands on with React or Angular framework v11

Experience with Application performance improvementtroubleshooting API and SP

Hands on with data access technologies like Entity Framework ADO Net Dapper or similar

Hands on knowledge about relational databases like SQL Server Oracle MySQL or similar

Hands on knowledge with unit testing framework like NUnit XUnit or similar

Expertise in Azure functions deployment storage etc

Experience with AI delivery tools GitHub copilot Claude etc

Familiarity with Spec Driven Development and Agentic AI

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Good to have

Experience in Cloud Architecture Azure and containerized solutions like Docker or Kubernetes

Experience with Spec driven development using prompt engineering

Experience working with Azure active directory authenticationauthorization framework protocols such as Oauth2 OIDC LDAP SAML etc
