Full Stack Engineer
Job title Full Stack Developer
Experience 4 to 6 years
Location Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Employment type Full time, on site
Function Information Technology
About the role
Royal Chains Limited runs an in-house digital product portfolio of internal business portals, customer-facing websites and
Python automation tools that support manufacturing, HR, MIS and customer operations. We are hiring a Full Stack
Developer who can build across that portfolio and take an application from requirement all the way to a live cloud
deployment.
This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable moving between a React portal, a Node.js API and a Python reporting tool
in the same week, and who is used to deploying and supporting what they build rather than handing it to a separate
operations team.
What you will do
- Build responsive React and Next.js interfaces for internal portals, admin consoles and public websites.
- Develop secure, versioned REST APIs in Node.js and Express, backed by PostgreSQL and Firestore.
- Build Python tools for reporting, data processing and document automation using Pandas and Streamlit.
- Containerise applications with Docker and deploy them to Google Cloud Run, GCP App Hosting and Firebase Hosting.
- Implement authentication, role-based access and two-factor login on internal applications.
- Write unit and integration tests, run regression checks and release through staging before production.
- Review pull requests within 24 hours and keep module documentation current so any teammate can pick the application up.
- Work directly with HR, MIS, CAD and manufacturing users to turn business processes into working software.
What we are looking for
- 4 to 6 years of full-stack development experience with applications running in production.
- Strong React and Node.js with Express, and solid REST API design.
- Working Python 3, including Pandas for data work.
- PostgreSQL schema design and query tuning, plus exposure to a NoSQL store.
- Docker and hands-on Google Cloud Platform deployment experience.
- Comfortable owning releases, environments and secrets for your own applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Engineering.
Good to have
- Next.js, TypeScript, Streamlit, SQLite or Firebase Hosting.
- CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
- Desktop application development in PyQt or a similar toolkit.
- Prior work in ERP, manufacturing or jewellery industry systems.
Why this role
You will own real applications used every day by the business rather than a slice of someone else's backlog, with visible
influence over how the portfolio is built and deployed.
