The Role

We are looking for a Senior Angular Developer to join our product engineering team. This role suits professionals with strong front-end expertise in Angular, a keen eye for UI/UX, and a passion for building scalable web applications. You will be a key contributor to design discussions, architecture planning, and full-cycle implementation in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement responsive, modular UI components using Angular (v10+) and TypeScript
  • Translate business requirements and UX wireframes into production-ready code
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and implement scalable UI design systems
  • Integrate with GraphQL/REST APIs and support backend teams for seamless full-stack delivery
  • Maintain cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards
  • Write unit and integration tests using Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, or Jest
  • Optimize web applications for performance and maintainability
  • Contribute to and maintain shared code libraries and component documentation (e.g., Storybook)
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA to deliver consistent user experiences
  • Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews

Qualifications And Skills

  • 5–8 years of experience in front-end or full-stack development
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to code structure, design, and maintainability
  • Proactive communicator and team player comfortable in Agile/Scrum setups
  • Ability to work independently and handle stakeholder communication

Core Technical Skills

  • Angular: Deep knowledge of Angular, RxJS, NgRx (optional), CLI, best practices
  • Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, SCSS/CSS3
  • Testing: Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Cypress (e2e testing experience preferred)
  • UI Tools: Storybook, Figma handoff, responsive frameworks
  • Build & DevOps: Git, GitHub/GitLab, NPM, Webpack
  • API Integration: RESTful services, GraphQL (nice to have)
  • Package Management & Tooling: Nx/Nrwl, MonoRepo experience (preferred)
  • Optional: Backend familiarity (.NET, Node.js), containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have

  • Experience with micro-frontends or Nx/Nrwl-based architectures
  • Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) standards and performance profiling
  • Experience working in media, finance, or public-sector domains
  • Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud platforms for front-end deployment
