Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer supporting the creative and analytical backbone of India’s Future Investors. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models that analyze participant behavior, pattern recognition in decision-making, and performance trends across the show’s challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining machine learning pipelines, implementing neural network and NLP models, and integrating AI-driven features into production and digital platforms. The role involves close collaboration with product, content, and technical teams to translate business and storytelling needs into scalable AI solutions, ensuring that insights are accurate, ethical, and engaging. The engineer will also monitor model performance, refine algorithms based on new data, and contribute to innovation around interactive viewer experiences and gamified money intelligence tools.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and clean, maintainable code practices.
• Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models.
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for analyzing text, dialogue, and behavioral data from participants and viewers.
• Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and cloud-based deployment environments.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams, and communicate complex technical ideas in clear terms.
• Knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and model evaluation techniques; exposure to recommender systems, personalization, or behavioral analytics is an advantage.
• Interest in finance, human decision-making, and entertainment formats, with a commitment to building fair, transparent, and inclusive AI systems.
