  • Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Services.
  • Strong experience in application design and configuration to meet complex business requirements.
  • Ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving software issues efficiently.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in custom application development.
