Role Description The Senior AI Engineer will design, build, and optimize AI models that enhance candidate assessment and decision-making workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining machine learning pipelines, implementing pattern recognition and NLP-based solutions, and experimenting with neural network architectures to improve accuracy and fairness in candidate evaluation. The role involves close collaboration with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI features, as well as reviewing code, mentoring team members, and ensuring robust software development practices. The Senior AI Engineer will also monitor model performance, conduct A/B tests, and contribute to model explainability and compliance standards
