🔹 Role: Business Integration Specialist

🔹 Location: Remote / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Understand client business processes, objectives, and integration requirements

✅ Design and implement workflow automation solutions using Lighthouse

✅ Integrate CRM, Accounting, E-commerce, and Payment platforms

✅ Gather requirements, create user stories, and manage projects end-to-end

✅ Work with APIs, Webhooks, JSON payloads, and custom integrations

✅ Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver successful solutions

What We're Looking For:

✔ Strong understanding of business processes and automation opportunities

✔ Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Zoho Books/Zoho Finance, Stripe, or similar accounting and financial systems

✔ Proven experience in:

Understanding business and integration requirements
Working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and connectors
Data and field mapping between multiple systems
Configuring, implementing, and supporting integration workflows
Troubleshooting synchronization, authentication, and integration issues
Managing client communication and coordinating with technical teams

✔ Experience with CRM, Accounting, E-commerce, and SaaS platforms

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
