Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate Product Manager role based in Gurugram. The Associate Product Manager will support end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, coordinating with engineering, design, business, operations, and external partners, and supporting product roadmap execution.

The role will involve understanding business and user requirements, translating them into clear product specifications and user stories, tracking product performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The individual will also support product launches, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and execution across Solfin’s technology and financing platforms.

The role requires strong ownership, structured problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, technology, fintech, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of requirements gathering, user stories, feature definition, prioritization, and product execution.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data analysis, market research, and product metrics.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering, design, business, operations, external partners, and vendors to understand requirements and drive execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Candidates from IITs, NITs, or other Tier-1 colleges will be preferred.
  • Interest or prior exposure to fintech, lending, renewable energy, clean technology, or energy financing will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable working full-time from the Gurugram office in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
