Short-term Rental Pricing Specialist (Price Labs)

Overview

Our client is looking for a highly analytical Short-term Rental Pricing Specialist (Price Labs) to take ownership of dynamic pricing strategies across a growing portfolio of 50+ short-term rental properties. Operating as the dedicated in-house expert, you will collaborate directly with leadership to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy. This role focuses strictly on revenue optimization and data analysis, ensuring the portfolio remains highly competitive and profitable in the serviced accommodation market.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM GMT, with a 1-hour break (40 work hours per week), full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize dynamic nightly pricing across 50+ short-term rental properties utilizing Price Labs
• Continuously analyze booking performance data to identify opportunities for revenue improvement and yield management
• Monitor local market trends, seasonality, and competitor pricing to ensure properties remain optimally positioned
• Refine and execute overarching pricing strategies to maximize both occupancy rates and overall revenue across the portfolio
• Generate regular performance reports and provide data-driven pricing updates to leadership
• Support the strategic onboarding of new properties as the portfolio expands by establishing baseline pricing and market positioning

Requirements

• Proven experience utilizing Price Labs or similar dynamic pricing software for short-term rentals
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex pricing, market, and occupancy data
• Deep understanding of the serviced accommodation and short-term rental industry dynamics
• Ability to work independently, taking full ownership of portfolio pricing performance
• Proactive problem-solver with a meticulous approach to data and market trends
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data and strategy recommendations effectively
