Full-stack Developer

Role Description The Full-stack Developer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that power client-facing and internal digital solutions. In this full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, the developer will implement both front-end interfaces and back-end services, integrate APIs, optimize application performance, and ensure responsiveness across devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, collaborating with designers and product teams, reviewing code for quality, debugging issues, and participating in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support. The developer will also contribute to technical documentation, follow best practices for security and testing, and continuously improve the tech stack and development processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience in at least one modern server-side language or framework.
• Hands-on experience in Full-Stack Development, including integrating front-end and back-end components and working with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, basic schema design, and query optimization.
• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
