Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive analysis, user discussions, and stay updated with market trends
• Ensure a strong user focus by collecting and analyzing feedback and conducting regular usability testing.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as sales, marketing, risk, credit, collections, operations, tech etc. to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle from ideation to release, and continually improve the product based on user feedback.
• Use data analytics to analyze and measure business performance.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Test and accept delivered product features based on user stories. Eligibility Criteria- Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
• Education- Full-time MBA
• Relevant experience- 3 to 7 years in BFSI/Fintech industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholder.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Kotak Infiniti)
