Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Product Managers and Product Owners to join an advanced customer project focused on AI system development and evaluation.

In this role, you will use your professional Product Management / Product Ownership expertise to evaluate AI-generated content, specifications, product documentation, release notes, user-facing content, and stakeholder communications.

Your product expertise will help assess how effectively AI systems understand requirements, follow instructions, reason through product scenarios, and produce useful, accurate, audience-appropriate content.

No prior AI/ML experience is required. Strong Product Management / Product Ownership experience and exceptional written communication are the primary requirements.

Important – Role Scope

This is strictly an AI evaluation, analysis, and content-quality role.

This engagement does NOT involve:

• Product roadmap ownership
• Delivery management
• Sprint facilitation
• Scrum Master responsibilities
• Programme management
• Project management
• Programme governance
• Team delivery managementCandidates whose primary background is Project Management, Programme Management, Delivery Management, or Scrum Leadership without strong Product Management/Product Ownership and specification/content evaluation experience should not apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare AI-generated responses against defined product and content requirements.
• Assess AI-generated content across different scenarios, including:
• Product specifications
• PRDs
• Acceptance criteria
• Release notes
• User-facing content
• Stakeholder communications
• Decision documents
• Score AI-generated responses based on:
• Accuracy
• Clarity
• Relevance
• Tone
• Instruction adherence
• Completeness
• Usefulness
• Audience appropriateness
• Write detailed and well-structured rationales explaining evaluation scores.
• Determine whether an AI-generated response actually addresses the underlying requirement rather than simply appearing fluent or well-written.
• Identify factual inaccuracies, contradictions, logical gaps, ambiguity, and inconsistencies.
• Identify situations where content:
• Misses important requirements
• Exceeds specified constraints
• Fails to follow instructions
• Provides irrelevant information
• Is unsuitable for the intended audience
• Evaluate whether product and technical content is appropriate for different audiences, including:
• Executives
• Technical stakeholders
• Business stakeholders
• End users
• Provide actionable written feedback explaining how content can be improved.
• Apply consistent evaluation criteria across multiple AI-generated responses.
• Collaborate virtually and asynchronously with project managers, reviewers, and other contributors.
• Maintain high-quality assessments while working independently and meeting project deadlines.Mandatory Skills

Product Management / Product Ownership

• 7+ years of professional Product Management / Product Ownership experience.
• Strong understanding of product requirements and product development processes.
• Experience creating and reviewing product documentation.
• Strong ability to interpret requirements and assess whether deliverables meet those requirements.Specification & Documentation

• Product Manager or Product Owner background with experience in cross-functional product development.
• Certified Product Owner / relevant Product Management certification.
• Experience working with technical products or software platforms.
• Experience reviewing technical documentation.
• Experience with content quality assessment.
• Experience with AI evaluation, model evaluation, RLHF, annotation, or data labeling is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Generative AI or LLM-based applications is beneficial but not required.Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Product Manager/Product Owner who can critically review written product content and determine whether it is accurate, complete, relevant, and appropriate for its intended audience.

We are particularly interested in professionals who have strong experience with PRDs, specifications, acceptance criteria, release notes, product documentation, content evaluation, and written product communication.
