CTO / Technical Co-Founder — QizTraQizTra is looking for a CTO / Technical Co-Founder who can take technical ownership of an already-developed EdTech platform and help us move from the current product stage to launch, scale, and AI-powered personalized learning.

QizTra is a next-generation learning platform focused on quiz-based learning, competitive exam preparation, practice, mock tests, daily challenges, leaderboards, student performance analysis, weakness tracking, and personalized learning.

A significant part of the platform has already been developed. We are not looking for someone to start from zero. We are looking for a long-term technical partner who can understand the existing product, improve the architecture, complete upcoming features, and lead the engineering side of the company.

• High-scale infrastructure for students across IndiaYour RoleAs CTO / Technical Co-Founder, you will:
• Take ownership of the existing QizTra codebase
• Understand and improve the current architecture
• Lead technical decision-making
• Build and integrate upcoming product features
• Lead MentNex AI integration
• Improve application performance, scalability, and security
• Manage Firebase / backend architecture
• Define technical roadmap and engineering standards
• Set up testing, monitoring, CI/CD, and production workflows
• Help build and manage the future engineering team
• Work closely with the founder on product and technology strategy
• Take QizTra from current stage → beta → launch → scalePreferred Technical SkillsStrong experience or understanding of:
• React / Next.js
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Firebase
• Firestore
• Cloud Functions
• Backend architecture and REST APIs
• Authentication & application security
• Git / GitHub
• System design
• Cloud infrastructure
• AI / LLM API integration
• Mobile app architectureExperience in EdTech, AI, SaaS, gamification, consumer applications, or high-scale platforms will be an advantage.
