The Trust and Safety offering within Accenture helps keep the internet safe and helps platform companies accelerate, scale, and improve their businesses. You will be supporting work done by Content Moderation and other Trust & Safety resources whose role includes analyzing, working with, viewing and proactively engaging with user profiles, audio, videos, and text based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Trust & Safety is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, you may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially disturbing, objectionable, and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). This role is not intended to analyze, work with, view or proactively engage with sensitive or disturbing content as part of the role. However, given the role may be in proximity to Trust & Safety roles that do review content, there is a potential for you to experience indirect exposure to content. Therefore, we care for the health & well-being of our people and provide the support and resources needed to perform your responsibilities as needed.
What are we looking for? Skills Required Technical: o Strong understanding of SQL and programming concepts, including Macros and JSON. o Proficient in developing high-quality dashboards and reports using Excel. o Advanced expertise in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. o Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting. o Experience with Tableau, QuickSight, and Power BI is an added advantage.Non - Technical: o Demonstrates strong communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. o Builds and maintains effective working relationships with stakeholders across functions and levels. o Applies strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and sound decision-making skills to address business challenges. o Effectively prioritizes workload by assessing business needs, managing competing priorities, and delivering results within timelines. o Works independently with minimal supervision while remaining adaptable, flexible, and responsive to changing business requirements. o Possesses clear and concise written, verbal, and presentation skills, complemented by strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities. o Drives continuous improvement in reporting processes to align with strategic objectives and support desired behavioral outcomes at the client end. o Maintains, updates, and develops process documentation to ensure operational consistency and knowledge management. o Understands diverse business scenarios and leverages automation to design, enhance, and deliver insightful reports. o Prepares analyses, findings, and executive summaries for ad-hoc requests, enabling management, Operations, and Quality teams to make informed business decisions. o Ensures accuracy and reliability of data by proactively validating analyses, reports, and calculations for potential errors. Support a group who review, classify and/or remove, work with, view or engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels and/or creating prompts to interrogate large language models, evaluating their responses, and contributing to the development of a baseline understanding of responsible AI issues for generative AI .

- Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies Roles and Responsibilities: Role Expectation: o Support scheduled and ad-hoc reporting requirements. o Partner with development teams to build AWS-based dashboards and reporting solutions. o Act as an SME for operational metrics and reporting. o Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports. o Collaborate with Operations, WFM, PMO, and other stakeholders to meet business needs. o Deliver actionable insights and forecasts to support data-driven decision-making. o Leverage AWS ML, forecasting, and anomaly detection capabilities to enhance reporting and identify business trends. o Drive reporting automation and continuous process improvements.
