What you’ll own:• End-to-end Category P&L
- GTM strategy and market expansion
- Portfolio & new product development
- Pricing & pack architecture
- Consumer & competitor insights
- Distribution & channel strategy
- Category growth and profitability
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain & Marketing
What we’re looking for:5–8 years of FMCG / Food & Coffeeexperience, with strong exposure to P&L management, GTM strategy and category growth.
Experience across Coffee, Soups, Sauces, Masalas, Spices or Seasonings will be an advantage.
