About the role

Invoreg AI is a Malta-based fintech startup building AI that reads supplier invoices, bank statements and other business documents and posts them into accounting software. The product is live and we're scaling distribution across Europe, the UK and beyond.

You'll own the marketing technology stack behind that growth: the website, tracking, CRM, email infrastructure, marketplace listings and automations. You'll work closely with the growth marketer, sales team and product team so campaigns launch fast and every lead is captured, routed and measured.

The role also covers other IT projects across the group. You'll help build and run an internal CRM, the platform behind our NFC business card brand, and our recruitment platforms (job application flows, candidate databases and employer portals), alongside the websites of our sister brands. Expect to switch between projects often and to keep each one documented.

What you'll do

• Websites: ship pages, landing pages, forms, blog posts and SEO fixes on our Next.js sites (Vercel, with content in Supabase or Markdown), and keep pricing, connector and country pages accurate.
• Tracking and analytics: set up and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Bing Webmaster, ad pixels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), UTMs and conversion events. Build weekly funnel dashboards.
• CRM and lead flow: set up the CRM from scratch with pipelines, lead scoring, and routing from website forms, demo bookings and email into the CRM.
• Email infrastructure: configure sending domains and SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, monitor inbox health, and connect outreach to the CRM.
• Marketplaces and integrations: support listings on accounting-software marketplaces and review sites, and coordinate technical requirements with the product team.
• Automation: connect tools with Zapier or Make, webhooks, Google Sheets and Apps Script, and light scripting for list enrichment and data cleanup.
• Product marketing support: learn the product, keep feature lists and guides updated, record screen demos and short tutorial clips, and set up demo access for prospects.
• Group IT projects: scope, build and maintain the internal CRM, the NFC card platform and recruitment platforms, working with AI coding tools and external developers where needed.
• Stack ownership: document every setup, manage tool access across brands, and keep costs lean.

Must have

• 1–3 years in marketing ops, MarTech, growth engineering or a similar hands-on technical role.
• Practical experience with GA4, GTM and at least one CRM.
• Comfort with HTML/CSS, Git and making changes in a React/Next.js codebase (or the ability to learn quickly).
• Basic database knowledge (Supabase, Postgres, Firebase or similar).
• An understanding of email deliverability basics (DNS records, domain reputation).
• Experience building automations with Zapier, Make or scripts.
• Clear written English and strong habits around documenting what you set up.
• Productive use of AI coding and writing tools.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal tools or CRMs (Supabase, Retool, Airtable or custom).
• Basic SQL or JavaScript/Python scripting.
• Exposure to NFC or digital business card platforms, or to job-board and ATS systems.
• WordPress experience (some group sites run on it).
• Awareness of GDPR and cookie consent for EU audiences.

How we measure success: clean, trustworthy funnel data, zero lost leads, fast page and campaign launches, group IT projects shipped on time, and a documented, low-cost stack.
