About the team Our team partners with Legal, Corporate Relations, Business Integrity and Risk teams to simplify how work gets done through technology. We combine business understanding, process improvement, automation, data and emerging technologies to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes. Role Overview Lead the technology and automation agenda for Third-Party Risk Management and related risk processes. You will own the roadmap and lead solutions from discovery through implementation, partnering with business leaders, architects and technology teams to simplify processes, strengthen controls and deliver measurable business value.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the technology and automation roadmap for Third-Party Risk Management and related risk capabilities.
  • Lead initiatives end to end, from discovery and requirements through solution design, implementation, testing, deployment and adoption.
  • Understand current processes, pain points and controls, and identify opportunities to simplify before automating.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities using workflow automation, data and artificial intelligence to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Risk, Business Integrity and other domain owners to translate business priorities into clear technology requirements and solutions.
  • Work with Enterprise Architecture, Data, Cyber Security and other technology teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Improve integration across systems and enable better access to risk and third-party data, reporting and insights.
  • Manage internal delivery teams, strategic partners and technology vendors to ensure quality, pace and value.
  • Define clear success measures across adoption, efficiency, control effectiveness, user experience and business outcomes.
  • Support the transition of new capabilities into sustainable ongoing operations. This role provides the opportunity to shape a strategic business capability, influence how technology is used across Risk and Business Integrity, and drive practical adoption of automation and AI at scale. Experience / Skills Required
  • Experience leading business technology, digital transformation, business applications or automation initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Strong ability to understand business processes and translate complex problems into practical technology solutions.
  • Experience working in risk, compliance, third-party management, procurement or another control-focused business area.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, enterprise applications, integrations and data.
  • Practical understanding of artificial intelligence and emerging automation technologies, with an ability to apply them responsibly to business processes.
  • Experience partnering with architecture, security, data and engineering teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Experience working with technology vendors and delivery partners.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity and take accountability for outcomes.
