0. About the Role – Full Stack Developer

Totitech Solutions (www.totitech.com) is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to lead the end-to-end development of our next-generation software platforms. You will be instrumental in building modern, modular, and immutable software architectures designed for industrial applications, specifically focusing on Power & Energy Industry.

In this senior role, you will take ownership across the entire software development lifecycle while actively mentoring and leading a team of developers. You will drive architectural decisions—from backend services and intuitive front-end interfaces to database management, DevOps pipelines, and rigorous testing frameworks.

1. Key Responsibilities

a) End-to-End Development: Architect, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications from concept to deployment.

b) Backend Engineering: Build secure, high-performance, and scalable backend services, with a strong focus on utilizing languages like Rust and Go for industrial-grade reliability.

c) Frontend Development: Design and implement highly responsive, user-friendly web interfaces for monitoring and controlling complex engineering systems.

d) Database Architecture: Design efficient schemas, optimize queries, and manage both relational and time-series databases to handle high-frequency data from industrial assets.

e) Messaging & Integration: Implement real-time data pipelines and messaging architectures using technologies like NATS JetStream and industrial edge gateways.

f) DevOps & Infrastructure: Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud/on-premise deployments to ensure immutable and reliable release cycles.

g) Testing & Quality Assurance: Drive comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end automated testing, to maintain flawless system performance.

h) Collaboration: Work closely with specialized electrical engineers to translate complex power system requirements, microgrid architectures, and command control loops into functional software components.

2. Qualifications & Requirements

a) Education: Graduate in Engineering & Technology (Any discipline).

b) Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience in full-stack software development.

c) Core Tech Stack:

i) Strong proficiency in backend development (experience with Rust and Go is highly advantageous).

ii) Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).

d) Architecture: Deep understanding of modern, modular, and immutable software design patterns, particularly for industrial IoT or high-availability systems.

e) Databases: Hands-on experience with SQL, ideally time-series databases.

f) DevOps: Proven track record in configuring and managing automated deployment pipelines, version control, and containerized environments.

g) Domain Knowledge (Bonus): Familiarity with industrial systems and protocols will be considered a significant advantage.
