Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Lead with 10+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in Sitecore development, architecture, and implementation. The ideal candidate must have proven experience delivering end-to-end Sitecore implementations, including solution design, development, integration, deployment, and production support.

The candidate should have strong expertise in Sitecore 10.x and Sitecore XM Cloud, along with mandatory knowledge of Next.js, Azure hosting, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with SitecoreAI and modern composable DXP architecture will be an added advantage.

The role requires someone who can lead technical teams, drive implementation best practices, collaborate with stakeholders, and take ownership of complex Sitecore projects from inception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Sitecore implementation projects, from requirement analysis and solution architecture to development, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable digital experience solutions using Sitecore 10.x and Sitecore XM Cloud.
  • Lead Sitecore architecture, technical design, component development, templates, renderings, layouts, workflows, and content management configurations.
  • Experience with Sitecore SXA and multisite implementations.
  • Drive headless CMS implementations using Sitecore Headless Services, JSS, and Next.js.
  • Develop and oversee reusable components, integrations, APIs, and custom Sitecore modules.
  • Manage Azure-based hosting environments, infrastructure configurations, deployment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Establish coding standards, development guidelines, performance optimization, and security best practices.
  • Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, project managers, QA teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the Sitecore development team.
  • Identify technical risks and recommend solutions to improve scalability, maintainability, and overall platform performance.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and client-facing technical delivery.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge or hands-on exposure to SitecoreAI and AI-powered digital experience capabilities.
  • Experience with Sitecore Personalize and Sitecore CDP.
  • Knowledge of Sitecore Content Hub and DAM integrations.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
  • Knowledge of security, accessibility, SEO, and web performance optimization.

Required Leadership & Communication Skills

  • Proven experience leading Sitecore development teams and managing technical deliverables.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical delivery.
  • Experience mentoring developers and conducting technical interviews and code reviews.
